PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a medium bundle without breaking it down.SOLUTION: If a bill bundle is left as it is at a front machine 10F, a control part 14 of a bill paying machine 10 conveys the bill bundle to behind a taking-in hole 27H by a Russel part 35, and drops the bill bundle into the taking-in hole 27H from a place close to a guide start point 27G after changing a conveying direction of the Russel part 35 to a forward direction. Consequently, the control part 14 can slide the bill bundle on a slope 27L from nearby the guide start point 27G for either the front machine 10F or the rear machine 10R, so the bill bundle can be dropped nearly without changing the attitude nor stack state to be stored in a second storage space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
