PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine that can convey grain culm while gripping the grain culm at proper pressing force regardless of the amount of the grain culm.SOLUTION: A combine 1 is provided for conveying grain culm while gripping the grain culm by the pressing force F according to the movement amount X of a guide 34b changing on the basis of the amount of the conveyed grain culm. In the combine, a ratio of change of the pressing force F to the movement amount X of the guide 34b changes for each of any section in an overall movement amount X of the guide 34b. Also, the combine 1 has multiple pressing members for outputting the pressing force F in a predetermined ratio of change, respectively, and one or more pressing members are used selectively for each of any section. Each pressing member is structured by a spring. In a section R, only a first spring 343 is stretched.
