PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control a load.SOLUTION: A human sensitive switch comprises: a sensor for detecting a human body; a determination part for determining an operational state of a load; a switch configured to be capable of switching the operational state of the load; and a timer. The timer can control the switch so that the load maintains its transitional state until counting for a predetermined time completes. The timer starts counting for a first time period if the determination part determines that the load is in a stand-by state when the sensor detects the human body, whereas if the determination part determines that the load is in the transitional state, the timer starts counting for a second time period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
