PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a program, a method and a system for reproduction management, capable of appropriately reproducing content according to a user request.SOLUTION: A reproduction management device 10 includes a display 36 and a speaker 40. When a condition is input by the protector of the user, a content list generated according to the condition is acquired from a server 1002 in which the content is stored, so that a reproduction list is generated from the content list. The content is then reproduced according to the reproduction list. Prior to the reproduction of last content, whether or not to reproduce the last content, as additional content, is confirmed by the user.
