PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor vanish treatment device which suppresses vanish sag in the present invention.SOLUTION: In a motor vanish treatment device, when a vanish W is supplied from an upper side of one coil end part 7 of a coil 4 by vanish supplying means 13, the vanish W is downward flowed by passing through a gap of the coil 4, and the vanish W is discharged from the other coil end part 8. At this time, since vanish sag D is suppressed by a vanish stopper surface 12a, the gap S up to the coil end parts 7 and 8 and the vanish stopper surface 12a can be set to a length C2 of the vanish sag D. As a result, a dimension can be set to a value within the specification in a rotational axis L direction of a stator 1 without the vanish more than necessary sagged and fixed from the coil end part 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
