PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for lighting inspection.SOLUTION: The light-emitting apparatus includes: a base plate 110 mounted with plural light-emitting elements; a first light emission part 120 and a second light emission part 130 each of which includes plural light-emitting elements each capable of being lit independently; and a first inspection land part 160 and a second inspection land part 170 which are plural inspection land parts each corresponding to the first light emission part 120 and the second light emission part 130 and each of which has a pair of lands used for lighting inspection of the corresponding light emission parts. The distance between the pair of lands on each of the first inspection land part 160 and the second inspection land part 170 is generally equal to each other; and the direction of the pair of lands in each of the first inspection land part 160 and the second inspection land part 170 is generally parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
