PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission terminal that reports an appropriate service plan by considering communication quality varying depending on a communication environment.SOLUTION: A transmission management system for managing a transmission terminal includes: a storage unit 546 for storing a history of communication quality of the transmission terminal; a service management unit 582 for managing communication quality set correspondingly to a predetermined service plan assigned to the transmission terminal, of a plurality of service plans; an extraction unit that compares the history of communication quality with set communication quality and extracts, on the basis of a predetermined evaluation criterion, a service plan suitable for providing communication shown by the history of communication quality, from the plurality of service plans; and a reporting unit that reports the extracted service plan when the extracted service plan includes a service plan differing from a service plan that is currently provided for the transmission terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
