PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can surely release an error without grasping position information of a portable terminal of each person in charge and preparing a server at the time of error occurrence, and can reduce the error occurrence time of the image formation apparatus.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus holding position information comprises: means for transmitting error information and image formation apparatus position information to a portable terminal for administrator from the image formation apparatus; and means for comparing the image formation apparatus position information with the position information of the portable terminal for administrator and transmitting the position information to a portable terminal for person in charge when there is a fixed distance or more between the apparatus and the terminal. The portable terminal for person in charge comprises: means for changing a notification method to the portable terminal for person in charge in accordance with the distance on the basis of the image formation apparatus position information and the position information of the portable terminal for person in charge; means for notifying the portable terminal for administrator of the position of the portable terminal for person in charge; and means for determining an error processing method in the portable terminal for administrator when the portable terminal for person in charge does not exist near the image formation apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
