PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly establish a connection at a reconnection between terminals, and to appropriately manage a terminal resource.SOLUTION: An AS 10 is a resource control system which performs control related to a resource to be secured in each UE 20, at communication between the UEs (terminals) 20 through a mobile communication network 30. The AS 10 includes: a communication history acquisition unit 12 which acquires a communication history between the UE 20 having an established connection; a secured time determination unit 13 which determines the secured time of the resource in the UE 20 when a connection is cut off, on the basis of the acquired communication history; and a secured time information transmitter unit 14 which transmits secured time information, indicative of the determined secured time of the resource, to the UE 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
