A moving stand according to the present invention is provided upon a base that is installed on a floor surface, the moving stand being provided so as to be capable of moving in a horizontal Z-axis direction that coincides with a direction of movement toward and away from a housing. A device main body, which is for supporting, at a tip part thereof, a rolling bearing, is supported by a guide mechanism so as to capable of moving, with respect to the moving stand, in a horizontal X-axis direction that is orthogonal to the Z-axis direction and in a vertical Y-axis direction that is orthogonal to the Z-axis direction and the X-axis direction. |
