Premature wear and breakage in screening meshes, due to neglect of the desirable daily tension adjustment in the screen mounting can be reduced by using a securing cartridge composed of disc springs, applied to the tensioning screws and held against the screen frame, thereby avoiding rippling of the screen fabric. Connection of the cartridge with the tensioning screw can be by flanging, welding, screwing or adhesion. |
