MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF MICROWAVE TRANSISTOR

A mounting structure of a microwave transistor which stabilizes a ground state of a microwave transistor is disclosed. In the mounting structure, a ground plate is formed at a lower side of an dielectric. A terminal coupling pattern is formed at an upper side of the dielectric. The terminal coupling pattern includes a micro strip pattern and a source ground and ground reinforce pattern. The micro strip pattern connects a gate of the transistor to a drain thereof. The source ground and ground reinforce pattern a plurality of pierce holes which are formed by a predetermined distance. A groove serves to connect the ground plate to the source ground and ground reinforce pattern.
