The cache part error detection and handling unit in a multi-processor system on a central processing board comprises: a cache memory part(10) recording input data and address of the data; a cache control part(20) controlling the cache memory part(10); a signal comparing part(30) connected with the cache memory part(10) and preventing an error by comparing input/output data signals and lots of control signals when user is to read data from the cache memory part(10) or write data thereto; an error handling part(40) connected to the cache control part(20) and the signal comparing part(30) and handling the error signals from other parts.
