A see-saw has the form of a generally rigid unitary shell having. a substantially smoothly curved exterior and comprises. a pair of raised end portions 14, 15 each having a generally horizontal upper surface adapted as seats 16, 17, and a central portion 12 shaped to rock on a horizontal supporting surface about a transverse axes in a see-saw motion. The shell may be made of a plastics material, wood or sheet metal. The shell may be hollow or filled with a plastics material and may be provided with recessed handgrips 18, 19. Runners may be attached to the bottom of the shell so that it may 'be used as a sledge. A vertical central passage may be provided so that the shell may be mounted on a vertical support and used as a roundabout. A weight may be provided on the centre portion to improver the stability of the shell when it is used as a boat. |
