Apparatus for the production of synthetic resins comprises a storage vessel and a delivery pump for each component, which pumps are connected at their inflow ends to the storage vessels by means of delivery pipes, and are connected at their outflow ends to a mixing apparatus by means of delivery pipes, the delivery pumps being axial piston pumps with ported valve plates. The resins produced may be polyurethane foam resins and homogeneous polyurethane materials. The axial piston pumps may have stroke adjustment devices to allow variation of delivery rate of the components, and may be arranged to be maintained at at least 35‹C, e.g. by friction. |
