Pressure sensitive foil is prepd. from impact-resistant styrene (co)polymer foil which is stretched at a temp below Tg but 0-50 degrees C above the flow point. Copolystyrene foils are used and the prodts. can be printed or written upon. The foils have high affinity for the printing dye and the final characters adhere well to the foil.
