If all the storage space is full with waiting incoming calls, and a call of high priority arrives it is prevented from being lost due to lack of available storage space by simply clearing out a call having a low priority and storing the high priority call in its place. This thereby ensures that high priority calls are not lost when all the call registers are blocked by low priority calls.
