The heat exchanger of the device has continuous pipes (2) which are connected on one side to a distributor pipe and on the other side to a collecting pipe and in each case are completely surrounded by two adjacent sheet-metal lamellae (2e) provided with indentations. The heat exchanger is accommodated in the space delimited by the insulating layer (6), the sealing strip (1) and the glass plate (9) and surrounded by the metal frame (7) which is composed of hollow sections. The sheet-metal lamellae (2e) are clamped on the pipes (2). A particularly high heat transmission is achieved. <IMAGE>
