PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize effectively the area of the printed circuit board and to reduce the component cost by eliminating the need for a connector being a separate component to connect the two printed circuit boards so as to reduce the occupied space of the connected parts. SOLUTION: Holes 12 arranged in line are made in a 1st printed circuit board 11, and an electrode 13 is provided to the edge of each hole 12, A 2nd printed circuit board 14 is provided along its one edge with projections 15 each engaging with each hole 12 and an electrode 16 corresponding to each electrode 13 is provided in the vicinity of the root of each projection. In the case of coupling both printed circuit boards 11, 14, each electrode 13 and each electrode 16 are in contact with each other in a juxtaposing way so as to connect electrically the two printed circuit boards. |
