PURPOSE:To obtain a selective circuit which has made its driving stage one stage, and makes no driving current flow after a fuse has been cut off, by utilizing the difference of different thresholds of two FET's. CONSTITUTION:In case when a fuse 21 is not cut off, if voltage of terminals 26, 27, value of resistors 28, 29, and threshold voltage of FET's 24, 25 are made V1, V2; R1, R2; VT1, VT2 and also VT2<R2(V1-V2)/(R1+R2)+V2< VT1 respectively, the FET24 is made off, the FET25 is made on, and the terminals 30, 31 are connected. In case when the fuxe 21 has been cut off, the FET24 is made on, the FET25 is made off, and the terminals 30, 32 are connected. |
