PURPOSE:To operate heating operation without blowing cold draft while making it easy to operate an air-conditioner by a method wherein the draft volume is controlled so that the temperature at outlet side heat medium of an heat exchange may be held at the set up temperature. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate adjusting valve 1 adjusts and shuts off the circulating volume of hot water circulating a heat exchanger 2. A temperature sensor 3 detects the temperature of heat medium at the outlet side of heat medium of the heat exchanger 2. A control circuit 4 may adjust and stop the revolution of a motor 5 of a blower conforming to the signals from the temperature sensor 3 not to make the hot water temperature at the outlet of the heat exchanger 2 fall down to the set up temperature or less. |
