<p>PURPOSE:To effectively use an audio recording medium, to shorten the recording time of an image reproduction control signal, to enjoy stereophonic reproduction by applying time sharing recording on the image reproduction control signal and an audio program. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic tape 40 housed in an audio cassette is provided with two tracks 70 and 72, and a first audio program 74 and a control signal 76 are time-sharing recorded on a first track 70, and a second audio program 78 is recorded on a second track 72. Pre-amplifier demodulation circuits 45 and 46 amplify and demodulate the reproducing signals of magnetic head 42 and 44, and the output of the pre-amplifier demodulation circuit 45 is applied on an A/D converter 48 and a control signal detection circuit 50, and that of the pre-amplifier demodulation circuit 46 is applied on an A/D converter 52. Thereby, it is possible to effectively use the recording area of the magnetic tape, and also, to enjoy the sound of stereophonic reproduction in most time since the recording time of the control signal 76 can be shortened.</p> |
