摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce noise and increase strength by foring tooth form to mountain shape and forming the torsion angle of tooth frace to a specific angle or more, in a circular toothed gear in which the tooth form on the plane perpendicular to axis or the section perpendicular to the tooth is circular form. CONSTITUTION:Since the length of simultaneous contact line does not vary on the tooth surface of a circular toothed gear, the amount of transfer of the center of load weight accompanied by the advance of engagement increases, and the variation of the bearing repulsive force increases. In order to solve this problem, the circular tooth shape is formed into mountain shape to form a double-helical gear. Therefore, each transfer direction of the center of load weight of the right and left double-helical gears becomes opposite each other, and the amount of transfer of the center of load weight of the whole double-helical gear can be reduced to zero theoretically, and noise can be reduced by a large margin. The tooth trace of the circular toothed gear and the number of simultaneous contact areas increase in proportion to the sine sin beta of torsion angle, when module (m) and face width (b) are constant. At the position where the torsion angle beta is large than 30 deg., an optimum value exists with which the load DELTAWn in the direction perpendicular to the tooth trace per contact point in accordance with the ratio of module to face width is reduced to the min.
