PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the broadcast system in which charging on users is impartially imposed. SOLUTION: A host computer generates an aggregation file (S610) in a CPU memory and discriminates whether or not a subscriber number counter indicates number of registration parties of a subscriber database or over (S630), resulting that when the number is not the registration number or over (S630: No), data equipment to one record are acquired from the file (S660). The subscriber record acquired subscriber database is compared with a subscriber code in a record (S670), and when they are coincident, whether or not the subscriber number is 2 or over is discriminated. As a result, when the result indicates two persons or over, a monetary amount obtained by dividing a monetary amount per one music by number of subscribers is set to a calculated monetary amount work. Thus, the share of charge depending on 'split bill' by number of the users is properly realized. |
