PURPOSE:To attain instantaneous execution of emergency communication or the like by applying communication time limit only when all talking channels are busy so as to restore forcibly the communication of the talking channel reaching the communication limit time thereby minimizing the waiting time to a new communication request. CONSTITUTION:When all channels are busy, outputs of OR circuits 6<1>-6<n> go to H level, an output of an AND circuit 11 goes to H level and a control command representing that all channels are busy is inputted to an AND circuit 8<1>. Then an H level output is generated from the circuit 8<1> and a forecast circuit 9<1> sends a command signal to operate a momentary response circuit 10<1> after a prescribed time. Then the input to a NAND circuit 3<1> and an AND circuit 4<1> is brought momentarily to L level and the sending of the control signal of control signal transmission/reception lines SS, SR of one channel communication control circuit is cut off momentarily, then the line restoration as one channel talking channel is realized. |
