PURPOSE:To improve a processing efficiency simultaneously starting plural exchange processors by a main processor and receiving parallel responses from the respective exchange processors thereto. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is provided with a simultaneous starting means 14 for simultaneously starting the required number of the exchange processors 32k, a transmitting means 16k for transmitting transmission data and identification data and a received data identifying means 18k for receiving received data and the identification data from the exchange processors 32k. A response is completed based on information from the simultaneous starting means 14 corresponding to a response delivering means 20 therein according to the received data from the received data identifying means 18k and the control of the main processor is completed by all the responses from the respective simultaneously started processors. Thereby, the processing time of the main processor required for starting is remarkably shortened to improve the processing efficiency.
