PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity to have a bidirectional breakdown strength in respective MOS transistors by composing the transistor for opening and closing an intermediate voltage of a pair of MOS transistors of the same channel conductive shapes serially connected mutually. CONSTITUTION:Transistors 11-1m for opening and closing respectively connected between the input points of more than three and one output point and an operating circuit means 30 for opening-closing the respective transistors for opening and closing are equipped. A transistor 1i for opening and closing an intermediate voltage is composed of two (n) channel MOS transistors 20a and 20b serially connected, the substrates of the both MOS transistors are connected to the mutual connecting points of the both and respective gates are commonly connected. Thus, the MOS transistor to have a pressure in only one direction is combined, the transistor for the opening and closing of the intermediate voltage can obtain a bidirectional pressure, an impurity is introduced to the source drain of the MOS transistor with high concentration and the onresistance value can be reduced.
