<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a pull-in time in a phase control system at the time of reproducing by fixing the level of the output signal of a tracking error signal generating circuit at the voltage of operating point of the circuit at the time of reproducing an unrecording section in which no reproducing signal exists. CONSTITUTION:In the reproduction, the presence/absence of the reproducing signal is detected, and at the time of reproducing the unrecording section where no reproducing signal can be obtained, the level of output signal of the tracking error signal generating circuit 25 is fixed at the voltage of its operating point, then, it is outputted. In other words, at the time of rushing to a recorded section again, the pull-in time of tracking can be shortened, and also, by detecting the presence/absence of the reproducing signal by observing the continuance of the reproducing signal, the useless switching operation is omitted.</p> |
