<p>PURPOSE:To use a sheet immersed with less resin and to obtain a uniform and smooth surface-finishing by an inexpensive device by inserting two or more unsaturated polyester resin-immersed sheets between two rolls, heat treating them and laminating them. CONSTITUTION:When two or more unsaturated polyester resin-immersed sheets are inserted between two pressurized rolls, heat treated and laminated, a thermosetting resin continuous sheet is obtained. The unsaturated polyester resin is of unsaturated polyester resin made of generally known acid component and alcohol component as materials, and not particularly limited. Since this manufacturing method can be continuously conducted, a long article can be manufactured, and since upper and lower roll pressing is employed, no step and uneven shape is formed on the laminated sheet, and it is optimum to manufacture a decorative material, a laminated material which is important in its surface finishing. The cost of the device is low, and since the replacement of hot pressure rolls is facilitated, the various surface-finished lamianted sheets can be easily manufactured.</p> |
