PURPOSE:To reduce the manual retrieving range for reduction of the retrieving time and at the same time to facilitate the application of the supporting system by using a command interpreting means which interprets and outputs the contents of commands, a process mode deciding means, and a manual reference means. CONSTITUTION:When a command is inputted to a command interpreting means 1, the means 1 interprets the type of the command and supplies the output of the interpretation to a process mode deciding means 2. The means 2 divides the processes carried out by users into groups and also decides the process modes desired by the users among those groups. The decided output is inputted to a manual process means 3 and the decided process refers to a desire manual. The reference output is outputted via the means 1 as a relative item. Thus it is possible to reduce the manual retrieving range and to shorten the retrieving time. At the same time, various retrieving jobs are attained via the means 3 and the maintenance jobs including the correction and deletion of data, etc., are facilitated. |
