The solution concerns a medical preparation for veterinary containing bases of erythromycin or tylosin. Basic antibiotic is contained in the preparation together with appropriate organic acid and is completed with excipient. The effective application form is obtained by means of mixing in water or in environment containing water in predefined concentration.
