The solution consists in shape of cover and in fixing of partition wall separating the suction space form the pressure space. The cover consists of the body with cylindrical hollow perpendicular to the shaft axis, which has an inlet channel and an outlet channel in axis perpendicular to the hollow and skew with the shaft, and of a rectifying element in the shape of symmetrically doubly bevelled cylinder, limited by two slanting planes intersected in apical straight-line, inserted in the hollow, with the support oriented towards the body platform and apical straight-line collaterally with the shaft. In the position of apical straight-line there is a cut for embedding the partition wall intersecting the chamber wall and radial cut and second end touching the surface of the carrying head.<IMAGE>
