PURPOSE:To obtain the title preventive and remedy being readily massproduced, having excellent handleability and excellent effects by immune activation, comprising a sterilized treated material of specific bacterium, ground material of cell or cell wall-containing material. CONSTITUTION:The title preventive and remedy containing at least one of a sterilized treated material of cell of bacterium belonging to the genus Bacillus, Brevibacterium, Corynebacterium, Escherichia, Lactobacillus, streptococcus or streptomyces, a cell ground material obtained by mechanically grinding (e.g. by French press or ultraviolet grinder) the cells of the bacterium or by enzyme decomposition treatment (e.g. by lysozyme or protease) and a cell wall- containing substance obtained by fractionating (e.g. centrifuging or ultrafiltration) the ground material. |
