<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the superior slide-preventing performance and durability without damaging as floor surface by shaping projections having a JIS K6301 hardness of 45-65 integrally with a shoe sole, and exposing the oriented inorganic fibers on the sole surface of the projection. CONSTITUTION:The unvulcanized rubber compound 2, into which inorganic fibers 21, 21,... having a Mohs' hardness of 3-5 are mixed, is set on a shoe sole shaping mold 1 having a number of independent projection-shaping recessed part 11, 11... having inflow holes 12, 12... which penetrate to the back surface, and then the compound 2 is heated and pressed. At the same time, through the inflow to the inflow holes 12, 12,... formed on the bottom surface of the projecting shaping recessed part, the projection parts 31, 31,... having JIS K6301 hardness of 45-65 are formed integrally with a shoe bottom 3, and then the bottom parts 311, 311,... of the projections are buffing-treated, and the inorganic fibers 21, 21,... are exposed on the bottom surface 310 of the projection.
