PURPOSE:To improve the weatherability of the title compsn. to make it useful as an agricultural covering material, etc., by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a polyoxyalkylene ether deriv. and a chlorinated benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. comprises 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin, an antifogging agent consisting of a polyoxyalkylene ether deriv. (e.g. polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether) in an amt. of the polyoxyalkylene part of 0.4-2.5 pts.wt., 0.05-0.5 pt.wt. chlorinated benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber [e.g. 2-(2'-hydroxy-3'-t-butyl-5'-methylphenyl)-5-chlorobenzotriazole], and required amts. of a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a lubricant, a colorant, another antifogging agent, another ultraviolet absorber. etc. |
