The invention relates to a calibration device for extruded profiles of plastic having a plurality of calibration units 5 to 7 arranged one behind the other in the take-off direction. The calibration units 5 to 7 are mounted on a guide 1, 2 in a floating manner in the plane normal to the take-off direction and are arranged in such a way that they can be fixed in the take-off direction on the guide 1, 2. Such a calibration device achieves the effect that there is no longer any need for an exact positioning of the calibration units 5 to 7 arranged one behind the other. Since, therefore, the profile passes the individual calibration units without side deflection or jamming, the individual calibration unit can be designed with close dimensional tolerances, utilising the load-bearing capacity of the profile, without inducing excessive shrinkage in the profile. <IMAGE> |
