A method for manufacturing a fully fashioned one-piece flat knit for a garment provided with sleeves, in which, in the first place, a plurality of body parts, for example front parts (10') and the two sleeves (11', 12'), are separated and are knitted sequentially in such a way that, in each knit part, a plurality of stitch rows are always knitted according to the patterning provided for this part, before there is a change-over to the next knit part.
