<p>A machine (200) for automatically shaving a large bar of chocolate (234) for forming a thin chocolate shaving that curls into a spiral (254), for use for decorative purposes. Preferably, the machine (200) has cutters (285, 287, 289) that will cut an end of a chocolate bar (234) in three separate spirals, on each stroke of the cutter. The chocolate bar (234) is moved a desired distance for new cuts and moved across the cutters (285, 287, 289).</p> |
