Following initialization of the charging process of a cordless communications transmitter (KES) in a charging device (LE), the charging voltages (LS) are measured at predetermined time spans (za). Comparison measurements of the measured charging-voltage values within predetermined time intervals (zi) are used to define the span of the charging-voltage curve (LSK) indicative of the "charging" state (LZ), the "charged" state (GLZ) or the "overcharging" state (ÜLZ), and the charging of the accumulator (AK) is terminated or continued depending on the state determined (LZ, GLZ, ÜLZ). |
