CERAMIC COMPOSITION, LAMINATED CERAMIC CAPACITOR PROVIDED WITH VARISTOR FUNCTION AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a capacitor in which a metallic material used as an internal electrode is not oxidized by sintering or does not react with a dielectric ceramic compsn. and to make the capacitor function as a varistor. CONSTITUTION:The objective ceramic compsn. contains a dielectric compsn. consisting of 100mol BaTiO3, 0.01-2mol MnO and 0.01-10mol Y2O3 and a 2nd compsn. consisting of 0.01-1mol Cr2O3 and 0.5-10mol at least one kind of glass component selected among BaSiO3, CaSiO3 and (BaxCa(1-x)SiO3 (0.43<=x<=0.62). The objective laminated ceramic capacitor provided with varistor function is produced using this ceramic compsn.
