PURPOSE:To eliminate noise generated from a ceiling floor surface positively and enhance soundproofing effect by absorbing a noise generated from a ceiling floor surface and vibrating a board member in conformity with the volume of this noise and its amplitude and damping the amplitude of the noise. CONSTITUTION:A board member 2, which comprises a relatively thin and low weight synthetic resin board or the like, is held under a ceiling floor surface 1 with a plurality of hanging dampers 2. A noise generating on the ceiling floor surface 1 when children jump or act in a similar fashion, is absorbed with a microphone 3. It is acceptable to use both the microphone and other sound absorbing means, such as pressure sensitive diode in the sound absorption. A sound absolving signal is amplified with an amplifier so that it may be input into an electronic type controller. A specified operation, such as PID is executed on the electronic type controller. A control means 4 is adapted to emit a control signal in conformity with the volume and a multitude of the noise. Based on this control signal, a vibrator 5 is capable of damping the noise by the interaction of vibration and noise of the board member 2. |
