PURPOSE:To realize the compatibility of excellent ventilation and sound insulation of external noises by simple provision and execution of work on a house. CONSTITUTION:Duct panels 1 and 2, wherein bottom plates 11 and 21, side plates 12 and 22 and ceiling plates 13 and 23 are assembled and a zigzag-shaped wind path D is provided, is formed. In the duct panels 1 and 2, an adding sound- source speaker 9, which emits the adding sound into the wind path D, an error microphone 6, a sensor microphone 5 and a silenser main body 7 are provided. The silenser main body 7 generates the adding sound signal, which emits the adding sound having the reverse, phase with respect to the waveform component of the external noise in the wind path D, and supplies the signal to the adding sound source speaker 9. |
