<p>PURPOSE:To increase productivity by laminating a surface material on one surface of a plastic insulating board as a base material through an adhesive agent and also induction-heating the adhesive agent by high frequency. CONSTITUTION:A surface material 3 is laminated on the at least one surface of a plastic foam heat insulating board 1 for building materials as a base material through an adhesive agent 2. Also a laminated body thus obtained is positioned on a high frequency heating machine with pressing function, and heated by high frequency while being pressed by a press to induction-heat the adhesive agent so as to integrally laminate the surface material 3 on the heat insulating board 1. Thus the adhesive agent is dried and solidified in a short time, and productivity can be increased without producing any dislocation between the heat insulating board and the surface material.</p> |
