<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a vinylon film due to dehydration drying by far infrared emission and to improve durability in the case of repeated use in a method for manufacturing a polyester decorative plate by a film- forming method. CONSTITUTION:The method for manufacturing a polyester decorative plate comprises the steps of superposing a vinylon film 5 having a smooth or shaped surface on a thennosetting polyester resin surface coating a decorative sheet 3 laminated on a base material 1, previously providing a dehydration preventive layer 6 of resin on the film 5, or regulating a humidity of an atmosphere in a furnace to a range of 60-100% Rh, irradiating it with a far infrared ray in a far infrared furnace, heating to cure and drying the thermosetting polyester resin layer to form a polyester resin layer 4.</p> |
