PURPOSE: To optimize an air filter material in the forms, uses and the manufacture, which consists of a blend of polyolefin fibers and polyacrylonirile fibers, where both fibers are free of lubricants and antistatic agents and which has antistatic effects. CONSTITUTION: Fibers I are core/shell type or side by side type polypropylene/ polyethylene two-components fibers, fibers II are halogen free, and the filter material is stable in shape. The fiber blend is washed during the manufacturing process. So the fiber blend is capable of deep-drawing and the air filter stable in shape is obtained. |
