<p>In order to simplify the construction of the bearing of the bearing body on the tibia support surface in a knee endoprosthesis with a level tibia support surface (1), a bearing body (3) displaceable thereon and having two concave bearing shells (4), a femoral joint part arranged so as to be movable on the two bearing shells, and with a rotation guide which guides the bearing body on the tibia support surface about an axis of rotation at right angles relative to this surface, it is proposed that the rotation guide comprise a guide bar (8) located on the tibia support surface, mounted on the latter so as to be rotatable about an (lacuna) perpendicularly relative to the tibia support surface and having two lateral guide surfaces which run parallel and which rest against lateral guide surfaces (11), (12) of the bearing body, are arranged parallel thereto and guide the latter in the event of a free displacement taking place parallel to the guide bar. <IMAGE></p> |
