PURPOSE:To delicately adjust a deviating force exerted on a belt and to effectively prevent the so called walk by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:In the image forming device provided with an endless belt 1 extended between the plural supporting roll 2 and 3 circulatingly rotating for transferring the image formed by the image forming unit 4 directly to the image forming part of the endless belt 1 or corresponding to the transfer material supported on the image forming part, at least one of the supporting rolls 2 and 3 (for instance 2) is divided into plural number of parts with respect to the shaft direction, and out of the divided roll divisional body 5 (for instance 5a, 5b and 5c), the one (for instance 5b) is provided with the rotary load variable means 6 so as to differ the rotary load from other roll divisional bodies 5a and 5c. |
