PURPOSE: To provide an efficient radio link between a fixed station and a mobile radio station by making all the other fingers operable at all the time by searching the spread of delay through any one of plural Rake fingers having bottom energy. CONSTITUTION: At a differential phase shift keying receiver, respective Rake fingers 6, 8 and 10 respectively input the received output of complex shift register 2 through a switch 12 to a correlator 14. After outputs I and Q are supplied through delay circuits 16 and 24 to multiplication circuits 20 and 26 and demodulated, at predictive filters 22 and 28, an entire predictive value is found for the delay selected by the switch 12, and multiplication circuits 18 and 30 perform phase control and amplitude weighting. Based on the output information of multiplication circuit 38 for respective fingers, a controller 40 assigns the finger having low energy for search, synthesizes the outputs of the other fingers through an adder 42 and outputs demodulated data 48. Thus, the synthetic output of respective Rake fingers can be efficiently provided. |
