发明名称 A pasta munufacturing process
摘要 A food product is prepared containing semolina, milk, egg and cheese. Milk is boiled and then semolina is added gradually with continual mixing of the milk and semolina. The mixture is cooked for about 10 minutes while mixing. Then salt, egg yolks, grated cheese and butter are added to and mixed with the milk and semolina mixture to form a product mixture. The product mixture is rolled flat and cooled before cutting the product mixture in desired shapes. A top surface of the product shapes may be coated with grated cheese and butter prior to baking the product shapes.
