This invention is provided to treat the waste cutting oil generated during metal working, and treatment is processed by adding acid in waste cutting oil to be below pH3, radiating ultrasound wave, and adding alkaline components in the waste cutting oil to be over pH10 so as to precipitate oil and solid components, wherein the alkali powders are calcium hydroxide, diatom earth or elvan.
